Our UK based customer was building a state of the art payment gateway for their merchants based in the UK, they had very tight timelines and also their burn rate was 450K / month, they were looking to reduce the cost of build , accelerate development but without reducing the quality

Our Solution

Agamya proposed a Time and Material model as initial engagement working with the customers' development team and provided experienced offshore technical resources in the areas of development, testing and Architecture. Agamya also provided an experienced scrum master to ensure the agile practices are followed well and to ensure that highest quality of delivery is met, taking advantage of timezone difference, ensured that total development time spend was more than 16 hours, there by accelrating the development, with a fully automated DevOps function which included SonarCube to ensure secure and best coding practices are followed

Outcome

Reduced the overall build cost per month by 40% and improved the code quality by with 100% Critical and major finding from sonar cube addressed, and accelerated key components development and integration by 4 sprints (8 weeks)

Portal build accelerator

Problem Statement

Our UK based customer had to build a portal for their customers to ensure some of their customer services function to be digitised, this was to reduce the calls into the call center, the cost of building a portal was quoted by few other vendors from 300K-1M GBP

Our Solution

Agamya provided a simple cloud based portal architecture which required direct integration with sales force API, the rapid development using our offshore development center with integration into sales force solution , delivered the MVP in 6 sprints

Outcome

Portal was delivered with a price tag of less than 100K with full integration to sales force API, also our consultant worked with our customers product team to develop and deliver a roadmap for continues improvement to the portal and adding more features

Backoffice Components

Problem Statement

Our UK based customers was going live with their product, but thery had a major challenge in some of the backoffice functions like house keeping, manual processes, reconcilliation, data load to data warehouse , they had to get this done as soon as possible to ensure that the live systems runs effectively during peak load, the rquirement was a quick turnaround

Our Solution

Agamya proposed a solution using simple batch processing, cloud based data pumps and RPA to ensure some of the manual fucntions are automated. With rapid team building and agile development practices to support the solution delivery

Outcome

Delivered multiple automated component from Sprint 2 and completed the development in matter of 4 Sprints, the customer was extremly satisfied with the delivery that they gave Agamya the support contract of the whole product

Agamya implemented a bespoke solution made of components build for each business unit at the client location, to collect, mediate and process the data in sales force and use the capabilties to execute analytics, trends and directions including customer management
